All sales are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the rare event someone purchases the domain name you purchased before you, we’ll make an immediate refund to your PayPal account.
As soon as we receive notification from PayPal that a domain name has been purchased, we remove all PayPal “Buy Now” links and buttons associated with the domain name on this website, and place a [Sold] notation beside the domain name on our “Domain Names for Sale” page.
Thus, in the rare event that two or more parties purchase the same domain name within minutes or hours of one another, before we become aware of this unique and unusual situation, we will refund full payment back to everyone but the first person to buy the domain name, who under our first-come, first-serve policy, is the new rightful owner of the domain name.
